Chimay Premiere - 12oz - $7.50
7% ABV – “Chimay Red” is noted for its coppery color and creamy head. It has a light and fruity apricot aroma, and those nuances are confirmed upon first taste and enhanced by a light touch of bitterness.
 
Chimay Grand Reserve - 25oz - $16.00
9% ABV – “Chimay blue” is principally distinguished by its strong character. It begins with a pleasant aroma of fresh yeast with a light, flowery rosy touch. Tasting only accentuates the pleasant sensations perceived in the aroma, while revealing a light but pleasant touch of roasted malt.
 
Corsendonk Brown - 12oz - $6.50
8% ABV- This Belgian Abbey Brown Ale, is a strong, burgundy-colored ale in the style of the classic Trappist brews of Belgium. It has a very distinctive bouquet: yeasty, fruity and slightly smoky. In palate, it has notes of port, raisins and black chocolate. Matures greatly with age, becoming softer, smoother and deeper in palate.
 
Duvel - 12oz - $6.50
6.8% ABV - A classic Belgian strong golden ale. Duvel is distinctive and flowery in character and considered an ideal accompaniment to dinner at either end, a perfect aperitif on one hand or a post-meal delight to sooth the palate.
 
Delirium Tremens - 12oz - $7.50
9% ABV – Developed with three different yeasts, it has a beautiful blond and coppery color and a compact and abundant head. With traces of coriander and orange this brew has a pleasant bitterness to the taste.
 
Lindemans Framboise - 12oz - $10.00
5% ABV – Lindemans has a little liveliness, a deep bloody red color and a pink head. Unlike most Belgian brews, the head quickly disappears. The beer is light on the palate and drinks as easily as a sweet cider. The flavor, as raspberry tends to be, is predominantly sweet, and it’s also sweetened to cover the tartness.
 
Ommegang Hennepin - 25 oz. - $9.50
7.7% ABV - This rustic style is typically brewed in small farmstead breweries, like ours. Golden in color and highly effervescent, Saisons are very versatile when it comes to season and cuisine
 
Trappistes Rochefort 10 - 12oz. - $13.00
11.3% ABV - Dark color, full and very impressive taste. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant palate, with ascending notes of vinousness and other complexities. Full of the dried fruit and sweet maltiness that is characteristic of Belgian ales. Very much like an old ale. Rich and full-bodied.

11% ABV - Kasteel bier Gouden Tripel is characterized by its outstanding blend of noble malts and hops, which lends it a refined aroma and exceptional flavor. Beer guru Michael Jackson describes it as "soft, creamy, nutty, and rounded, with a vanilla note."

6.5% ABV – Made with clear malt, this brew is blond in color and has a bubbly, thick head. With toffee in its aroma, Leffe is a pleasant, complex and well-rounded beer.

10.5% ABV – A Triple Flemish IPA, strong golden ale that is full-bodied and presents a fruity aroma. It has a faint trace of sweetness offset by spicy bitterness.

8% ABV - A deliciously sweet, multi-grain tripel with great finesse and complexity. The beer is golden in color. Wheat, barley and oats are all used as malts to create both a light crispness and creamy sweetness, while the yeast provides a vanilla and banana character.
